-: Some of rooms have scent of mould, also they use weird cleaning supplies for bedsheets and towels, smell is annoying smell and not really fresh. Towels had holes and were very old. Feels like owner forget about this place, needs renovation. Staff is friendly but often confused and really require to improve English

+: Posizione centrale, ma alla fine di un vicolo con vista su un pezzo di foresta, non si sentono i rumori della strada, ma solo l’acqua che scorre e gli animali. In camera trovate thé caffè zucchero e bollitore, letto comodo, armadio, scrivania con sgabello, comodini con lampada e una grande vetrata che da sulla foresta.Bagno grande un po’ datato, ma per il prezzo va benissimo, ci sono sapone mani shampoo, bagnoschiuma e phon.Ogni camera ha un patio con divano e tavolino con separé per avere la propria privacy.Alla reception per poche rupie potete riempire la vostra borraccia di acqua potabile.Se torno a Ubud, tornerò in questa struttura!

+: De plek was mooi. De kamer zag er mooi uit en je kon voor op de veranda zitten en rustig genieten van de natuur. Dichtbij voorzieningen, in het centrum.
-: Het was erg vochtig in de kamer. Het matras was beschimmeld, het beddengoed was vochtig en de kussens waren nat en stinkend. Daarnaast zat er ook schimmel op het hout van het bed en zat er houtworm oid in het hout waardoor er overal houtsnippers lagen. We hoorden deze wormen ook knagen in de nacht. Door dit bed hebben we erg slecht geslapen. De kamer heeft zoveel potentie maar dit moet echt opgelost worden. Dit is niet alleen voor Bali ondermaats, maar in heel Indonesië hebben we nog niet zo'n onhygiënische slaapplek getroffen.Ook troffen we een dikke, dode kakkerlak aan onder de wasbak.

+: We absolutely loved everything about this property. We only paid 20€ per night and we loved how conveniently it is located. Even though I was expecting a balcony room we ended up having the corner low level room which I absolutely loved for its porch overlooking the shrines where locals would come daily to bring offerings to the goods. Ir was such a beautiful experience!Plus the property is tucked away by the road between houses of locals.
