-: Very noisy, thin walls. Could hear people all night and didn’t sleep well. Property also not in the condition shown in photos. Mould in bathroom, drains didn’t work properly in shower or sink.

+: All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the reception desk team (Fortuna, Dedy, Citra, Keyko and Dede). We had the pleasure of Fortuna managing our check-in and out, as well as kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure it was to the high standards of the hotel. On our departure, DeDe was equally as kind and polite and welcomed us back soon, along with offering channels of communication in our next visit to ensure it is just as good!On arrival the hotel was clean and pleasant, and despite the influx of guests Fortuna could see we were separate to the large party so came over to assist and check us in swiftly.The views from the hotel bar and our room were a delight, as you could see the planes landing and taking off in front of a beautiful sunset in the evening.Breakfast was included and definitely worth heading to the restaurant for. There is lots of choice for all diets and the kitchen team regularly keep all items topped up and happy to help with any queries.Location is ideal for anyone wanting to stay near to the airport, and feel a little closer to the local lifestyle rather than the usual tourist heavyparty hotspots.It is a classy and modern hotel that still incorporates traditional Balinese culture - we will definitely be visiting again very soon!Thanks to a great team once again!
