+: Nice little resort with quiet villas in a nature environment. Big bath room and a private pool with a good temperature (refreshing, but not too cold), this was also the case for the pool for the whole resort. The restaurant offers a sufficient number of dishes with a good quality and taste. The staff and management were always friendly and helpful. Even in a nearly outbooked situation the resort was still quiet and there was always a table available in the restaurant.

-: The beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the other beaches are in Sanur (15 minutes drive). There was just one chair within the villa.

+: Die Unterkunft war super schön und sauber . Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und erfüllt fast jeden Wunsch . Wir haben am letzten Tag abends den Flieger in die Heimat genommen und konnten problemlos länger im Zimmer bleiben.

-: Beim Frühstück hatte man keine große Auswahl.

+: We loved our first stay so much, that we came back for another week! We were fortunate enough that we were able to stay in the same villa that we had in the first week. It is such a lovely room with the most wonderful outdoor area to relax by our own pool and read. While we were away, the renovations to the main pool were completed and it looks great. Loved the kites that were continuously in the air! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They truly couldn't do enough for us and any time there might be an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We had the best time and can't wait to come back again.

-: The Mertasari Beach end of Sanur is further away from the centre with shops and restaurants to be able to walk. Visakha do offer a daily shuttle service which is fabulous, but I would suggest that people wanting to stay think about hiring push bikes to make it easier to get around.

+: De service is perfect! Hele vriendelijke mensen. De manager Jay is helemaal super, regelt alles ook voor de kids.Eten is super!!
