-: The villa we upgraded into was old and falling apart. Cellophane holding wall tiles together (told by the staff that’s fine) mold on the shower etc. the staff there are constantly trying to upsell. I messaged to tell them to stop yet they turned up at the villa two more times unannounced and many more calls to offer deals on packages and events. Even on the beach they would come down to try and upsell.

+: Die Anlage war super sauber und gelegen. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend. Am Frühstück gab es gar nichts auszusetzen, immer frisches Obst und super Brotauswahl. Zudem konnte man auch noch Gerichte al carte bestellen, was in Zeiten der Nachhaltigkeit sehr zu begrüßen ist. Alles war im Frühstückspreis inbegriffen. Am Strand bekam man Liegen und Towels immer zu Verfügung gestellt. Auch das Abendprogramm war super ob DJ oder künstlerische Darstellungen. Einfach gut. Die Shuttle Busse durch die Hotel Anlage war ein Spaß nicht nur für die Kinder

-: The beds were horrible and trying up sell a bigger Villa when you double booked in the end they gave us a free upgrade if they had done that from the start we would have understood and really appreciated the upgrade

-: The lift down to the beach is broken and you have to catch a shuttle which is a bit annoying Hotel probably needs some refreshing
