Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Kenanga VILLA 2025-2026 Indonesia, Ubud

+: Our family of 3 stayed in a spacious, clean room (bungalow with garden view). Delicious breakfast options and all food at the restaurant actually. The pool with rice field views is stunning. We spent a good amount of time at the pool. Kind, professional staff. We loved our massages at the spa. We enjoyed some exercise in the yoga sala. An exquisite retreat that we were truly sad to leave. We wish we had spent longer than our 3 nights at the Mathis. Excellent location not too far from Ubud town, so easy to get out and explore. I visited Monkey Forest, my husband and daughter went on a rafting trip, and we went to the Kecak show all very close.

+: It was a wonderful trip. The fields gave me a lot of life.

-: It would be nice to have an umbrella in the room.

+: Spacious room. Very clean. Rooms are better suited for couples though. The pool and the view is beautiful. Centrally located in Ubud. The staff was very helpful and friendly (highlight of our stay)

+: Great customer service, easy communication, and can easily book tours directly with hotel. Best part is the free shuttle to and from ubud center. Spa is amazing as well, with good prices. Large variety for breakfast.

-: If possible to avoid room next to restaurant as it can be a bit noisy with animation at night, but happens only twice a week and music stops at 10pm- nothing too bad.

-: Te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad Prijzig restaurant vooral het bierJe staat in het bad onder de douche waardoor ik (188cm) niet onder de douche pas..Airco die de eerste nacht nadat wij van Ubud stad terug kwamen gigantisch watervloeistof lekte. Om middernacht Tijdelijk andere kamer aangeboden gekregen waar de airco helemaal niet koelde en alleen stinkende lucht blaast.Volgende dag zou het probleem opgelost zijn maar lekte vervolgens weer. Na 2x waren de problemen deels verholpen zolang we de airco niet te koud zetten. In overleg een te kleine compensatie gekregen in vergelijking van de kosten van het verblijf.

-: لم يتم التعاون معانا بسبب رغبتنا في الغاء حجز 3 ايام وقالو اذا بوكينق وافق نحن بنوافق بوكينق وافق بعدين قالو لا ما نبي نسترجع اي شي وجلسنا وطلبت اخر يوم فقط ولم يتعاونو معانا علماً لا يوجد عندهم الغاء حجز بالخيارات حجزت الغاء مجاني قبل 14 يوم فقط عموما الفندق لا يصلح للشباب ابداً يصلح للعوائل والعرسانحشرات بالبلكونه كثير

+: Die idyllische Anlage mitten in den Reisfeldern war ein echtes Highlight. Die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten und boten ausreichend Platz. Einzig das Bett war leider etwas zu hart für unseren Geschmack. Leider kam aus der Klimaanlage ein unangenehmer Geruch, der uns zeitweise gestört hat. Das Personal im Hotel war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben alle unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet und uns bei der Erfüllung unserer Wünsche tatkräftig unterstützt. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Die Lage, das freundliche Personal und die schönen Zimmer haben uns überzeugt.

-: Die Matratzen im Bett könnten etwas weicher sein.Die Klimaanlage sollte auf mögliche Verschmutzungen oder Defekte überprüft werden, um den unangenehmen Geruch zu beseitigen.
