-: This is more 4 star hotel but not 5 as it stands , anyway massive issues with food quality especially in Restaurant if remember its called Basilico fish was dry and overcooked ( i'm sure this fish was cooked twice ) same chicken breast, the only positive thing there was Bintang semi cold.

+: Location was brilliant… between 2 beaches. Rooms big and great aircon. Breakfast very good and 5 minute walk to the street

-: No charging outlet in the room: had to unplug light or use bathroom outlet. There was a loud big wedding Saturday night but that’s part of big resorts

+: Lovely hotel with amazing greenery. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with outdoor shower, the service was on top and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had few issues with our room and it was sorted out immediately.Descent water pressure in a shower and good WiFi. In walking distance from restaurants and cafes

-: hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. As they say you can tell a lot about the hotel from the welcome drink, and it was something synthetic from under the table, not even bothered to give some fresh juice, that you get everywhere. Restaurants are overpriced and not suitable for vegetarians. We were also struggling with the breakfast as mostly all the food contains fish or meat. Vegetables and salads were not fresh. Beach is overcrowded with locals as it is located near the port and was full of local fishermen what makes it impossible to snorkel or swim. Besides this sales people are trying to sell something all the time.

+: 위치가 바로 해변 앞에 2층 방갈로 형태로 4객실씩 있는 방이었는데 해변을 이용하기가 좋았다.

-: 호텔이 주로 내국인이 많이 이용하는 호텔이었고 규모가 큰 리조트호텔이지만 좀 오래되어 객실이 깨끗하지는 않았다. 욕실에 벌레가 죽어있는 걸 치우지 않아 얘기했더니 미안해하며 청소해주었다. 미니헤어드라이어는 성능이 너무 약했고 교체했으면 좋겠다.

+: Accomodation was fine

-: Prices were excessive for food and drinks. Breakfast was poor

+: La localisation est pratique à coté de la mer entre la capitale Mataram et les iles Gili’s. Les aménagements et l’espace immenses. Le personnel charmant et attentionné. Le spa est agréable.

-: Le petit-déjeuner est très orienté oriental avec beaucoup de mets salés et peu de sucré.
