+: Our whole stay was very good. When we had an issue with noise from a faulty aircon next door, they dealt with it. Breakfasts and access to gym great.
-: Couple of times there was noise very late from neighbours but staff were good with follow up.

+: The grounds are very green & nice to walk thru. The restaurant providing breakfast & poolside meals is well priced & has a good selection. There are 2 pools but the one we used was quiet & always a seat available. The location is right amongst all that Legian has to offer with shopping, beach sunset drinks &r restaurants an easy walking distance. The staff were all friendly. The room was spacious.
-: There was quite a bit of work going on for some special event in a large conference-style room near our room. It was quite noisy for a few days & the workers cleaned all the tiles with some very strong smelling acid mixture without allowing us a way to get thru with barefeet (from the pool). Next time I would try to book a room closer to the pool but since we booked very last minute we were still happy. My daughter got sick & whilst the hotel staff organised a doctor for me, he didn't seem very good & prescribed multiple medications to cover all possibilities!

+: Location and staff fabulous, along with the hotel and cleanliness
-: The pool and tiles need an upgrade. The pool without the swim up bar is extremely acidic and had green discoulouration in the middle of the pool.
