+: The staff were lovely

-: Had a very interesting experience in the room we were upgraded to. The phone in the room wouldn't stop ringing at night, then we very obviously heard the front door being rattled like someone was trying to open it? We went to the reception to voice our concerns and nothing was done so we had to sleep in another hotel for the night for peace of mind

+: Nice location. Pools are nice. Rooms are showing age but still very comfortable. Transport pickup and dropoff was excellent. Many restaurants and bars nearby

-: Odd loud noises in bathroom from pipes. However maintenance fixed this very quickly.

-: Our booked room was already taken, so were “upgraded” to a room directly under the restaurant, from 6:30-10:30am heard ever chair being pulled in and out, biting bugs in the beds, mould in the walls, appliances broken or not working correctly, unclean and brazen massive rats

+: The hotel it’s self is beautiful, especially out by the pool area. I love how close all the shops, restaurants, beach & shopping mall is from the hotel. Perfect local, just walking distance from everything

+: Clean and comfortable room. Very nice staffs. Shops, restaurants, and beach within walking distance. Shower and bathtub. Thanks for the room upgrade.

-: Breakfast could be improved with more variety on meal choices in warmer serving temperature.
