+: The incredible warmth, hospitality and professionalism shown by reception staff. I wish to thank Novi and the young chap in particular who got me to the right hotel. Comfy bed and good WiFi connectivity. Loved the bottle of water in the room and the simple but good breakfast
-: Unfortunately there were stains on bed linen and walls which wasn't good to look at. Spider webs in the bathroom and some corners in the room. TV didn't work after maintenance guys apparently fixed it. Consider painting the rooms and you will be almost a top place for guests
