+: Only the location is not too bad.

-: The property is old and torned down. Bedsheets were dirty and stinky. Air conditioners had a bad musky damp smell. Toilet bowl for the living room is placed at a awkward position. Charging pt were all if not mostly block by big furnitures. Do not join in their buffet dinner. Their staff serve Westerners mostly but do not wish you serve Asians customers. A big turn off. Bad experience. Not worth the money and three stars rating for the hotel should downgrade to 1 stars. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED. Avoid!

+: The pool bar is good and the location is very central.

-: Communication between english speaking people and the staff wasn't the best. I was disturbed multiple times throughout my stay for them taking photos of equipment in my room. They tried to charge me for late check-out twice. My rooms aircon was poor, my bedhead fell off the wall on the first day, the toilet failed to flush randomly, the toilet flushing handle broke, If you weren't careful where the showerhead was pointed you'd easily flood the bathroom, the water took 5+ minutes to get warm, the wifi speed was abysmal and the bed was rock hard.

+: Close to the airport, restaurant was really good and breakfast was decent. The shower was nice

-: Very dark rooms, no where to plug your phone next to the bed. Staff was okay, but in comparison to other places a big difference. They offer a shuttle service to the airport which is way more expensive than arranging yourself via Gojek or Grab.

+: The staff at this Gotel are just beautiful, I rate then 1010 for help, warmth and kindness. Just beautiful people, especially the Women. Room comfortable, AC great, housekeeping attentive, breakfast choices lovely, price fantastic.

-: I didn't like the way some guests felt entitled to leave pool towles on pool area lounges all day to "keep" for themselves. Especially when they didn't return all day. As the pool area is quite busy, and good depths, as well as swim up bar, it gets very busy and seating is hard to find at times. I also don't like the way people are so inconsiderate to smoke cigarettes near you and not care how this affects others. Just because you can dosent mean you should.
