+: The view is awesome

-: There are mouse everywhere.. amenities not so good.. the wifi and tv are not functioning

+: Tout !! Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, ils sont hyper réactifs et agréables ! La chambre est superbe le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon! Nous avons initialement réservé pour deux nuits nous sommes restées finalement 4 nuits !

+: Very close to the private beach (it is part of the resort), the staff was incredibly friendly. We extended our scooter rental for 1 h and they did not charge us another day. The pool was very nice.

-: Even though the open bathroom looks incredibly nice, it can attract some bugs and spiders…there was one big spider one evening on the wall which was kinda scary.The breakfast was a little limited.

+: Lovely polite staff. Breakfast was good too.

+: The hotel was right next to a phenomenal beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there was little attention to detail. There were no convenient plug points and the bedside lamps didn't work. Breakfast was good, but not great. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I'd stay here again.

-: Für ein Resort & Spa fand ich die vielen kleinen Kinder unpassend, die mit ihren Eltern laut am und im Pool getobt haben.

+: Tout. Le bungalow irreprochable, au plus près de la mer, le jardin parfaitement entretenu, la piscine et ses nombreux transat, le restaurant et son personnel plus que parfait, la vue sur le mont Agung... le luxe en toute simplicité ! Et cerise sur le gâteau, il y avait relativement peu de monde durant les quatre jours de notre merveilleux séjour. Une parenthèse de rêve !
