+: I stayed in one of the new renovated rooms. It was clean with nice decor and a lovely terrace out the front. It was also quiet but close to the main street. At the back there is a wide open garden area and I had a lovely $15 massage by the pool

-: The grounds are a little old and the front reception could do with an update. But when booking you need to specify that you want one of the newer rooms because I saw the older ones and the bathrooms are old and basic

+: Everything, the suite was modern, clean and bed was comfortable. Staff are the best Ayu, Ada, Alit,Benny, Rita and Aguny. Plus Gede and The security guards are always friendly.

-: Nothing, I want to live there permanently. I love everything about it.

+: We had a room in the new building in a garden view room for 11 days, then upgraded to a suite which was amazing! The staff where always so friendly and helpful, and the rooms very clean. Location was perfect to walk everywhere. The property grounds were beautifully maintained and traditional.

-: Overall we were very happy with everything to be honest, but if I had to say something it would be that the breakfast menu got a bit same same after awhile. Saying that, there are plenty of restaurants and warungs outside the hotel to choose from :)
