-: The property is old. In my room the cot and mattress was nt in usable condition. Bathroom was clean but all the faucet fittings, taps, were nt good in condition. Breakfast some days buffet, some days Al a carte but all the same 4stuffs will keep repeating. Very lethargic staff.

+: Great location near a lot of restaurants, Waterbom and the beach.In the heart of Kuta to get acclimated to the sights, sounds and tastes.
-: Old, tired room. We booked a deluxe which stated as with sofa.We got two little chairs, a tv that didn't work well, leaky toilet and a shower that was only 120cm high. Very difficult to have a proper shower when I'm 157cm and my husband is 180cm.We enquired about all these issues and was told " booked out"We have stayed her prior to this stay but unfortunately won't be back.
