+: An incredible Balinese-style garden with birds in cages, fish, plants. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

+: Beautiful inner garden with different animals and temples. Nice balcony with good view.
-: The bathroom was quite boring with artificial light and not decorated. Poor ventilation after taking a shower. The breakfast was average but without coffee or juice.

-: Sporcizia, lenzuola sporche e rotte, camera sporchissima, personale menefreghista. Ho chiesto piu volte di pulire la camera e l’hanno fatto solo l’ultimo giorno. Ho chiesto piu volte di cambiare camera, veramente brutta e molto diversa dalle altre camere, igni giorno mi dicevano “domani”, poi mi hanno detto che erano in overbooking e avrei dovuto stare li, in realta si erano liberate altre camere, ma non me l’hanno cambiata. Avevo preso una camera deluxe e probabilmente mi hanno dato una stanza budget, o forse era la camera dello staff e non hanno voluto rimborsarmi la differenza.
