-: While booking they mentioned there was a private pool, after check in they said it was some technical issue so there is no private pool, we are very upset with this issue and food breakfast options are very very less...please confirm everything before booking into this hotel

+: I particularly like the hotel staff. I know many by name, and they are always friendly, helpful and courteous.The Ohana has been my regular in Kuta for 10+ years.Comfortable bed, efficient aircon fast and reliable wifi.The price is good.

-: It's getting a little tired in places, due for a renovation, but still a very acceptable standard.
