+: The service and food options were amazing, and the resort was very central to everything. Shops and restaurantspubs right outside the resort on the main street, the beach was just outside the hotel and an ATM was at the entrance. We had a late flight (11pm) so they offered us the use of their departure lounge which had a lounge and teacoffee facilities, shower, sauna & steam room as it is connected to the gym. We ended up paying another half day to get a room until 7pm which was handy. They were very accommodating.
-: I was looking forward to the family pool and the slides from the photos but the slides were not great. The large slide was very bumpy and hurt your back, and the depth of the pool was lower than expected, so you dont want to stay in the water for long. What I thought would be a big day of fun waterslides with my son resulted in less than an hour and being over it. Thankfully there is also the lagoon pool and main pool where the pools were deeper.
