+: The hotel is off Bisma Street, which has some wonderful warungs. It is stepping down to a jungle valley and a river with beautiful outlook and a small waterfall. The rooms were a decent size.
-: Despite its great potential, the whole place is run down, in need of big renovation of bathrooms (deluxe and cottages), maintenance of air cons (ours didn't work, neighbour's was dripping) and fixing outdoor walkways that were crumbling. The biggest disappointment was the main infinity pool, which had green algae blooming. After multiple requests made to the staff (who did nothing for three days), we made a final request to speak with management to discuss compensation. Only then they started the water treatment. Basically, the staff, while nice on the surface, were not responsive and did not attend to raised issues, needing us to ask for everything multiple times, for example, to turn water on in our room, so we could shower and flush toilet (took them the entire afternoon). Overall, it was very clear that the staff needed better training in customer service and maintenance of pools. Even after treatment (superchlorination with the pump on), noone scrubbed the pool or vacuumed the algae of the pool bottom, so the water was never completely clear and clean.

+: Beautiful peaceful room down the bottom , serenaded by Waterfalls hidden below the room. Lots of steps down and up but worth the peace and hospitality either direction

+: Tesis öncelikle çok güzel çalısanlar çok ilgili hiç bir sorun yaşamadık genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu çok iyi maymun ormanına birkaç dakikalık mesefade heryere cok yakın gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.Havuzları çok güzel sonsuzluk havuzları ormanın içine bakıyor, su tertemizdi hep.otelin tam yanında çok çok iyi bir restaurant var neredeyse hergün orada akşam yedik.
-: kahvaltı genelde hergün aynı şeyler vardı yurt dısında çok beklentili olmuyorum bu konuda zaten bir Türk olarak ama yine farklı şeyler olabilir herkese hitap eden, onun dısında hassas oldugum bir konu var evet odalar hergün temizlendi ama bornozlarımız hiç degişmedi bu kötüydü temizlik konusu geliştirilmeli.Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve konaklamamızı 3 gece daha uzattık:)
