Located amid Ubud's rice fields, Pondok Permata Homestay is a 20-minute walk from Ubud Palace and Ubud Traditional Art Market. It offers a 24-hour front desk, free parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
Homestay Pondok Permata is a 15-minute drive from White Water Rafting activities in the Ayung River. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 1-hour drive away.
Simply furnished, rooms feature traditional Balinese architecture and have plenty of natural light. They are equipped with a fan, seating area and private patio that overlooks the garden. A bathtub and toiletries are in the bathroom.
Cycle to explore the area, or simply indulge in a relaxing body massage. Car rental and airport shuttle arrangements can also be made at the reception.

+: La famiglia é molto gentile, la stanza era grande e il letto comodo, colazione molto buona (anche se con la medesima scelta)
-: Purtroppo però il bagno molto vecchio, la casa é tradizionale e bella ma si sentivano tanto i rumori esterni (per chi é delicato come me raccomando i tappi, anche perché se c’è qualcuno che parla forte si sente) Unica pecca alcune volte abbiamo trovato i piatti della colazione un po’ sporchi, spero che questa recensione possa aiutare la famiglia a controllare un po’ meglio alcune coseInternet non funzionava molto bene e si bloccava spesso

+: The arrival was easy and a lovely welcome when I did arrive. Help to get the car parked made a difference as it's on quite a narrow road. But lovely view of the sunsets each night. Putu and all the staff, Mardi and all.. we lovely, helpful, friendly... and provided whatever was needed. Breakfast was simple and delicious.

+: It was the one of the worst stays i can remember in my life.
-: I had a disappointing stay at Pondok Permata Home Stay. The room had a horrible smell, and I couldn't fully lock the door. The bath was dirty, and the hot water barely filled 13 of the tub before turning cold. The breakfast experience was off-putting, as I witnessed staff eating with their bare hands, making me question the hygiene standards. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

+: Very nice family hotel, it gives you a great bali feeling, good breakfast and very quiet, the stuff are polite and friendly people.
-: Distance from the village, and the hotel could have offered food in house, but they never did, that was a bit of a shame because we had a great terrace outside our rooms.
