+: C’était la 2eme fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel traditionnel balinéen qui a souffert de deux années du au Covid la restauration des chambres est en cours le personnel est professionnel et à l’écoute du client le restaurant adossé (Golden ape)à l’établissement et excellent et propose un live musical différent chaque soir il est 5mn a pieds de monkey Forest et 20mn à pieds des rizières campuan Ridge walk et Kajeng Rice field plus vous irez et plus vite ce magnifique hôtel sera restauré

+: Great location! Right in centre of ubud, short walk to monkey forest and surrounding restaurantsbars. Air con was great and much needed for the steaming hothumid days.

-: The bathroom was pretty gross with stained floor, towels were clean..but with big black stains on them, shower did not work properly and the sink most of the time did not drain…it stayed full for a long time and then drained later.A rooster went off at 5am every morning, so make sure you’re an early riser! And there was a dog that was locked on the other side of the door in the pool area that howled and scratched in the door every evening as the sun went down which was very frustrating.When I told the staff about these problems, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer at least a discount.

+: Die Lage war gut, nah am Monkey Forest, sonst war nichts gut.

-: Es hat sich angefühlt als ob gestern noch jemand in dem Zimmer geschlafen hätte, die Bettwäsche roch etwas muffig, hatte Stock- Schimmelflecken und weitere andere Flüssigkeitsflecken. Das Bettlaken ging auch überhaupt nicht, ist ja ok wenn es schon etwas vergraut ist, aber das Bettlaken sah so aus als ob es seit zwei Monaten nicht gewaschen wurde und jemand dort Oberkörperfrei geschlafen und geschwitzt hätte. Also so ein gelb eingelegener Fleck, zudem waren noch Drecks Krümel auf dem Laken. Ich habe mich sehr geekelt.Ich habe den Rezeptionisten gefragt ob das Bett neu bezogen werden könnte da es sehr dreckig ist. Nach zwei oder drei Stunden kam ich wieder und fand nur ein Haufen mit Bettlaken und Bettbezug vor, auf der Terrasse vor meinem Zimmer lag. Aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit waren die Sachen sehr Feucht. (Schade das es eben nicht neu bezogen wurde.) Die „Neuen“ Sachen waren auch nicht sauber und hatten viele Flecken.In dem Zimmer hat’s unangenehm gerochen, das Bad roch noch unangenehmer, ein sehr muffiger Geruch.Das Zimmer an sich sehr groß, zwischen dem (kleinem) Fernseher und dem Bett viel zu viel Abstand.Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt.Zudem ist der Preis zu hoch für so eine Schlechte Qualität.

-: Estaban arreglando el restaurante entonces no tenían la capacidad de atender bien a los huéspedes y la obra afectó la estadía aunque el staff trataba de ayudar

-: Sheets were dirty, i didn't have any towel in the room and for breakfast you have to go downstairs to order witch was fine for me but prepare yourself for 40min waiting for it.

+: excellent location, quintessential bali

-: food was a little average, don't order the wedges!

+: Breakfast was made completely fresh and tasted very good. Very kind staff. The manager also made us a very good offer for a ferry transfer from Padangbai to Gili Trawangan, after we talked about our next trip. Were very satisfied with the service in this accommodation.

-: The doors of the accomodation were damaged and the toilets had seen better days. But it was ok for one night. Over two years of Corona had probably effects on the revenue and therefore for maintenance.
