+: I experienced a slight bad experience. I rang your front desk for assistance. Pak Irwan Sunandri (Operational Manager) immediately came to assist me and to give me some good advise. I am really appreciative for his immediate response.

-: No bottled shampoo nor body soap provided. Just a plastic packet and body soap sahaja. No. cups nor glasses provided in the wash basin until upon request by me.
