+: Great location - within the Jakarta city. While the rates are definitely higher than many other hotels, the many and differently-designed sitting spaces in the lobby; the avant-garde and artistic touches (many art pieces in the lobby and then the surprise in the room toilet haha! Very quirky artwork on the "jaipong" traditional dance vs disco - I love that!); the room is well-designed, giving it a spacious look even though it's not that big, the high bed and the pillow mix were super comfy; the addition of the footboard bench at the foot of the bed is truly very helpful to place my handbags and change of clothes within reach. And, the connection to the shopping mall (Central Park) is of course a bonus - so convenient!

-: It's awkward to not have any door to the main toilet area leading towards the sink - yea I know it's a kinky and upbeat design to give it an easy flow of movement. Haha. Still, awkward. The lifts seemed to be a tad bit slow. Not sure if others felt the same.
