+: Great breakfast, friendly staff
-: Infinity pool needs a hand rail for safety reasons.Our room smelt stale and mouldy. Everything felt damp (bed sheets etc) and even our clothes in suitcase became damp. Tried experimenting with aircon to no avail. Few mouldy patches in shower. Walls are very thin as we could hear everything that was going on in rooms next to us and in restaurant below.

+: Breakfast was great however you had to line up and ask for bacon and hash brown , would be easier if they put this out, we didnt even know there were hash browns until at the end of holiday I heard someone ask Room and location was great, large open space and clean pool staff amazing and friendly It was great to see a movie every night for families who preferred to hang around the resort

+: I loved the quiet room, excellent service, special treatments (or at least they made me feel this way). I loved how they prepared for my birthday as well and even got my a bday cake. This was a great surprise to me. I’m grateful!
-: It took too long for room service requests I took. And medical stuff didn’t speak English, so I had to call someone for translation.

-: The staff on check in were not good at all... checking in nearly took 1 hour only to be told the rooms not ready multiple times finally got the room 2 hours later... to find it was missing a bed and this took another six phone calls and a email saying we were going to leave

+: The massages were nice and girls lovely. Room was clean. Balcony was large and views of ocean.
-: The property was in serious need of renovation and was old and daggy despite asking for via email (after reading reviews) and being promised the best room. The room smelled of mould. The fridge leaked and was not fixed despite being reported, the aircon stopped the first not but was fixed the next day, bathroom taps hard to turn or use and shower head in bath leaked around the edge on time taps turned on and water brown. No amenities like iron, wine glasses. There was a kettle and coffee and cups. Next doors room balcony screenrailing fell right off and on the lawn area below. We were on 3 level. Plants on balconies not well maintained. Breakfast expensive for what you got. This was far from the standard of a 4 star hotel:
