+: Frühstück sehr gut. Anlage schön und gepflegt. Trotz starkem Regen wurden wir durch den Zimmer Service erstklassig versorgt, da die gesamte Anlage überschwemmt war und wir für einige Stunden keine Möglichkeit hatten den Bungalow zu verlassen.

-: Hotel już wiekowy. Widać brak nakładów finansowych. Pokoje i łazienki zaniedbane. Śniadania fatalne.

+: The staff are amazing, they knew us by name and made sure we had everything we wanted. The room was beautiful, Balanise style, with an outdoor shower and beutiful ceiling. The location was fantastic right on the ocean with a very nice beach but also boats that would take us out to the reef nearby to snorkel. Truly wonderful experience.

+: Überragender Service und sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr schöner Garten, sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch die Tauchstation ist sehr gut geführt und hat ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Restaurants fußläufig.

-: Kein Strand, sehr eingeschränktes Essensangebot nur in der Snackbar (Nebensaison) - aber lecker.

-: Karaluchy i jaszczurki w pokoju, spa nie miało połowy zabiegów które były wypisane w karcie, mało atrakcji w hotelu jak i w otoczeniu, wycieczka zorganizowana przez hotel na Mount Batur to porażka (nic nie było zorganizowane, włącznie z kierowcą który próbował nas oszukać i kazał za wszystko płacić samemu, gdzie było to już opłacone w hotelu)
