+: Lovely grounds. New hotel area and new pool area is very nice. Great having pool and beach accessuse. Staff are friendly even though a large hotel. I like the location.
-: The hotel held a private function by the main pool - a local indonesian childrens party with MC??? We were not very impressed by this at all! All the guests had to leave the main pool area for the afternoon as it was just so unbearable. I really could not believe it. There's also not really enough day beds for hotel guests and the european guests hold the beds all day even if out for lunch so its kind of frustrating. Better get up early on your holiday to get your spot!
