+: Everything was perfect. Beautiful room,great linen,ac,bathroom, WiFi. Gardens Beautiful, lovely swimming pools. Great food in restaurants, friendly staff.

+: Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and discreet too - e.g. when making our room and (happens in the evening on a day) when preparing our room for the night. Our room included a private pool which we regularly used (1,60m deep, awesome for adults, watch out if you have children). The dinner events were also fun. The location right at the beach with a view to the sunset and on the Vulcan from Bali is amazing.

-: While the food quality and the food variety is outstanding compared to other options on Lombok, there is still room for improvement (e.g. making the meals a bit more authentic) compared to international standards. No worries though, you will enjoy the food! But I encourage the staff to continue improving the recipes and to keep learning.

+: Ruime kamer (geweldig bed) met balkon, heel schoon en prachtige locatie aan zee. Erg mooi opgezet met heel veel groen.Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede restaurants. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.Mooie zonsondergang en rust

-: In de directe omgeving weinig te beleven. Overal komt 21% bovenop de prijs (fooi en belasting).

+: Wir haben die Woche als Relaxzeit einer Rundreise genutzt und haben genau das bekommen,wonach wir gesucht haben.Es hat an nichts gefehlt,der Service war perfekt,eine gelebte Freundlichkeit,eine traumhafte Anlage,sehr sehr gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen in allen 3 Restaurants und einem tollen A la Carte Frühstück.Die Anwendungen waren auch sehr gut,preislich natürlich gehobener,aber im Vergleich immer noch weit günstiger als zu Hause.Die Lage ist ok,wir wussten vorher was uns erwartet,zum rausgehen am Abend o.Ä. ist es aber nicht geeignet.

+: Loved our stay here! The staff are amazing and the location is divine - laying by the pool watching the ocean and surfers. The food was delicious from the Indonesian restaurant, we didn't try the other 2 at the resort but they looked great. Very peaceful place to relax.

+: Every member of staff was amazing especially Rian. So friendly and helpful. The setting by the sea was perfect and the 3 pools were incredible. The room was very comfortable and I loved the outside bathroom.

-: The shampoo and soap in the bathroom were very harsh on my skin and hair. Lack of insect life and birds.
