+: We love everything about this resort. We stayed here this time on the last 2 days of our trip as it's close to the airport. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was a nice touch. As usual the staff were amazing, location great, and facilities and grounds fantastic.

-: Nothing to dislike here.

+: Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage direkt am Strand.

+: The pool area is great.We had an interconnecting room with our kids aged 9 and 16. Close to the supermarket and other shops. Close to the airport.

-: We ordered room service and left the tray outside our door and it wasn’t collected for over 24 hours.It was a bit of a walk to the pool, and we kept getting lost going back to our room. Bull ants always on the floor in our rooms.It was a bit noisy of a night time with other guests coming and going from their rooms and fireworks.

+: The resort is clean and the staff are amazing, very helpful and nothing is ever a problem. The pool area is huge, the swim up bar is great, and the breakfast is fantastic, lots of food to choose from and a beautiful layout.

-: Nothing, second time staying here and will be back for a third.

-: The one "egg-station" at the breakfast was totally not enough. The poor guys are overwhelmed with the total guests
