+: La chambre très confortable, la salle de bain avec douche et double baignoire, l’emplacement assez central mais calme.

-: Le personnel trop présent qui vous dit toujours oui et ne comprend pas ce que vous lui demandez.

+: We stayed at the villa. The layout of the villa with the private pool was good. The staff were very attentive to detail.

-: Breakfast has a standard menu. Could have some additions daily else could become a repetition.

+: Prachtig en verborgen achter een drukke winkelstraat, de doen komen na 17:00 uur vanuit het bos baden in het kanaaltje. De kamers zijn ongelofelijk voor dat geld en niet te vergeten het personeel. Het management mag trots zijn op zo’n groep!

+: L'hôtel en lui-même est somptueux, très végétal et naturel. On se sent immergé dans l'atmosphère balinaise d'Ubud. La Villa est parfaite, très propre avec une salle de bain majestueuse ! Le personnel est à l'image de la population balinaise d'une grande humanité, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. La présence d'une salle de sport parfaitement aménagée et d'un restaurant de très bonne facture ont participé à rendre mon séjour sur place très facile et agréable.
