+: La fantástica atención del personal. La zona baja del hotel (bar, piscina, jardines, arrozal) y las vistas del entorno del hotel. La habitación: cómoda, silenciosa y con muchos detalles. El desayuno y las fantásticas vistas desde el restaurante. Relación calidad-precio.

-: Cosas menores: la comunicación entre la parte de abajo del hotel y la zona de recepciónrestaurante es lenta y un poco retorcida. Vamos, que como se te olvide algo abajo en la habitación y ya estes arriba, olvídate de ir a buscarlo. (El inclinatorio sur estaba averiado además). El restaurante un poquito subido de precio. El wifi más bien lento (en comparación con los datos de la tarjeta del Telkomsel), pero esto me ha pasado en los 8 hoteles del viaje.

+: Sensationelle Aussicht auf die Berge!

+: We loved the beauty of the resort, the wonderful views, the staff, the facilities, and the fresh, cool air!

-: Accommodation and restaurant were a little on the pricey side. Impossible to get Grab, so rude to next destination much more expensive. Remoteness therefore a plus and a minus.

+: The view was stunning and the bed was comfy enough

-: Bathroom wasn't clean even after we asked them to clean it, room smelled of moulddamp, trek to get to room and regular key issues, cold showers (which they eventually fixed), large noisy group playing music from 7am and disrupting breakfast (we were asked to sit outside the restaurant), hotel didn't seem able to book or help with transport, food overpriced at both restaurants and not good quality. We could go on - this hotel is NOT a 5 star!

+: The location - at around 800 meters above sea level, the temperature was just right without being too cold or too hot. The view from the hotel (only if you are allocated high floors) is beautiful. The landscaping around the hotel is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is decent.

-: This being part of the Banyan Tree group, would have expected the hotel to provide hand towels. The bathroom could probably need some more additional cleaning in the shower area. The ala carte selections in the hotel's restaurant is rather limited and pricey.

+: Hotel com uma vista maravilhosa e linda sobre as montanhas e campos de arrozais. O restaurante do hotel é bom.Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis.

-: A volta do hotel não existe muitas opções de alimentação o que obriga a fazer as refeições no restaurante (é bom).O acesso à piscina se não for de elevador é penoso (so existe um elevador).

+: Un gros wow !! le personnel était très dévoué et toujours souriant. Le déjeuner était plus que parfait !

+: Beautiful view and probably the best restaurant in Bedugul.Room is spacious and the hotel have many facilities.Location also perfect.

-: Some plug was not working in the room making difficult to charge the phone.A bit hard to reach the room (many lifts) but that’s because of the conformation of the land.
