-: The property wasn’t clean, it didn’t look like its photos, there were bugs in the bathroom. The door to the pool was incredibly difficult to open and the window in the bathroom was very hard to close. We left early and would not return

-: Never send anyone there it is still being restored & incomplete. The literature is false & misleading. Left after 1 night. The living room had huge window,no covering so 40deg heat and 1 fan. The kitchen. Filthy sink, filthy ancient gas ring totally unusable, Only 4 knives as kitchen equipment. The concrete pool, not tiled, had just been finished so we were told not to use it til the next day but didn't as the water still looked murky. Will be putting a complaint in to Booking.com

-: Snake in the garden centrepeds infestation in garden also no ac in living room no kitchen utensils at all no hot water ants in the bed

+: The bed was comfy

-: No air con downstairs which makes relaxing on stupid plastic couch impossible Property extremely dated - evidenced by the rust and peeling contact on walls. Cobwebs Bathroom stank of a sewer which indicates drainage and other issues. No room service One lady in admin was rude. Breakfast was ok and staff in breakfast area were nice Pool had no hand rails to get in and out so couldn't use We ended up leaving early - should have got a partial refund. Owners need to spend money on upgrading and training some staff.

+: The bed was comfy and the gardens beautiful

-: Incredibly dated. The toilet was upstairs and the bathroom just stank of sewage. All the time. No aircon downstairs and the furniture was broken or not comfy. The whole interior of the place needed some work.
