+: We stayed here in June and it was an amazing place to stay with our two families. The apartments are so big and the facilities and activities for children are perfect. The restaurant food was lovely and staff always ready to help and serve you. The back gate entrance is a big bonus and 810 minute walk gets you to the main shoppingrestaurant street with a further 5 mins to the beach. TaxiGrab will pick up and drop off from back gate too.
-: Only slight complaint was the tiny bathrooms.

+: Stayed at Prime Plaza Suites for a day as the hotel was close to the airport (taking the highway). It's not the same as the Prime Plaza Hotel, which is located about 2 km from this hotel (towards the city center). It's an apartment with a 2-bedroom kitchen. The apartment size was quite big, but the one I got was on the 4th floor and didn't have a balcony.RoomApartment: Quite big, but the bathroom lacked a faucet for the washbasin. Basic amenities were provided, but many other things were missing, such as a dental kit, bathroom slippers, etc. Also, there was some wood dust coming from the ceiling (maybe woodworm), which was quite unhygienic.FoodBreakfast: Since I checked in late, I opted for in-house dinner, but the cost of the items was way too high. The food was just average. However, breakfast had a good spread with many local and continental options. It was good. Location: Not close to the city center. Also, there was a lot of feedback around the back gate, which was guarded from 9 am to 9 pm. The location was just average. The Prime Plaza Hotel was actually close to many fast-food options.Amenities: Good amenities, including two big pools (one with a water slide) and a play area for kids. There were also scheduled events for kids. They also had a mini-mart inside the hotel. Overall, the property was huge, given that they had apartments. I liked it to the extent that it was just for a one-night stay for me. However, if you are with a big family, then this apartment is great value for money.

+: The rooms are huge, lots of space nice to have a kitchen and living area. The children liked the waterslide and the kids club area it is bigger and more for older kids to do. It was a good price for a week. If was given similar deal would consider staying again for this reason on a different level
-: The bathroom are super small like no where to move, 1 person only can enter. It doesn’t make sense give the wasted space in the bedrooms they are massive!! The room was damp, I think the roof was leaking and our top floor room had lots of damage. I had asthma the entire time due to the damp and mould and I live in the hills in Melbourne so it was bad. Some repairs need to be done and a bit of an update. Breakfast was very average for Bali not worth paying for if you don’t get it included for a very cheap price. It is far from the main strip of Sanur on a main road, there is a back gate that is a short walk but need a car most of the time to get places and they try to make you use their expensive drivers.
