+: Staff are super friendly & gerat value rooms for the price

-: The view was a little underwhelming due to the fact our suite was on the 2nd floor. Not the end of the world though.

+: Comfortable and clean, with a great breakfast selection.

+: Location and staff are very good. They are very polite, friendly and efficient.

-: The noise. I could hear the train noise through out the night as well as a sudden noise at 1 am (yes, am) when I was a asleep. I was so scared I though someone knocking my door room. I called the front office and they came to my room and checked. Apparently there's someone installing something on the floor above (at 1 am). Not long after that the noise stopped. Too bad for me, I was awake and it was very hard for me to go back to sleep.

+: Das Personal war freundlich und bemühte sich. Wir fühlten uns dennoch nicht wohl & verließen die Unterkunft wieder nach einer Nacht.

-: Leider gab es kein Warmwasser im Zimmer. Die Minibar war schmutzig, viele Insekten im Zimmer. Die Fenster undicht - es war extrem laut.
