+: Situation exceptionelle dans un magnifique parc directement au bord de mer. Décors balinais authentiques et généreux. très bien pour des familles avec petits enfants. Personel aimable

Lors du premier petit déjeuner, l'établissement voulait me facture IR 300'000 pour le déjeuner au lieu des IR 150'000 confirmé (heureusement par écrit) par booking.com. Il a fallu discuter avec plusieurs personnes à plusieurs échellons pour que finalement ils étaient d'accord d'appliquer les IR 150'000 confirmés. Sans aucune excuse pour le désagérment ou aucune reconnaissance de leur erreur. Je recommande de fixer ces détails par écrit en avance. Ou de faire inclure le petit déjeuner dans le forfait. Il est très bon par ailleurs.

+: Super familienfreundliche Unterkunft in toller Lage! Für uns eines der besten Hotels auf Bali! Es ist einfach an alles gedacht: tolle Pools, tiefere und für kleine Kinder, Spielplatz, klimatisierter Indoorspielraum, Strand direkt vor dem Hotel mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, gutes Essen und gutes Frühstück... Der Bungalow ist etwas klein, es ist aber alles da, was man braucht und gepflegt, schöne Außenanlagen. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man in Südbali eine Unterkunft sucht - wir würden wiederkommen!
