+: Room was spacious. Since we booked the room through an online channel, no breakfast, so no experience to share on it. The pool was nice but as the sun was up we decided to spend some time lazing there. Nice view.
-: The sink outlet was not smooth functioning for whatever reason. This was the only setback. (Inappropriate to say I did not like:) I also wonder whether the hotel would place a clearer signage of the hotel at the road near the entrance. It is a little hidden.

-: The Spa person for massage at the counter was very unhelpful.My partner waited for half an hour for a massage and then he got told to wait another 15 minutes.The custo.er service was poor at the spa desk, the girl at the desk did not communicate, seen my partner but did not ask him. So he left and went back to room without massagePerhaps a small ladder or handrail to get into swimming pool on 4th floor, very dangerous and hard for older people that have injury or bad knees or hip, something for them to hang on to to get in and out, avoid a bad slip or fall happening, very dangerous. Perhaps some shade or umbrella up there, no shade at all.But beautiful pool and area

-: Aircon was set to 16 the entire stay in both rooms. Never go anywhere near that temperature. Actually got got some nights in the room.
