+: The room is Clean and HUGE - Location is VERY STRATEGIC

-: I have been staying in this property for more than 3 times because I love this place but the last 2 visits, I had the same rather unpleasant experience. It was about the Hot Water. I know they are using the GAS for the Water Heater (shower), but the staff should always check the level of the GAS if it is almost finished, then they should replace it ASAP, therefore Guest does not have to wait for hot shower. On my last visit which is very recent, I was really really really disappointed... I was just about to go out and start my day, but the hot shower was NOT ON, I tried to call to the receptionist and the TELEPHONE was BROKEN, so I had to walked all the way to the lobby to inform them... 40 minutes later still NO Hot Water... and plus the door hinge at my room was VERY difficult to locked, I always had to ask someone (A guy) to help as the door was stucked.. and I left the property anyway WITHOUT SHOWERING, and back 2 hours later.. and the Door still not fixed (they finished fixing it 40 minutes later, so when I am back the floor was messy , drill on the floor, doors were open, etc) then I can have my shower afterwards.. otherwise the staff will be around there by the room and I could not have my shower by then. I really hope they are more aware of these kind of things and not to cause the Guest's convenience for this little thing that can be easily avoided.

+: The location was good and the rooms were quite spacious and tidy.

-: The contact detail given for the hotel wasn't functional and no alternate contact details were provided.I dropped an email with a request for early checkin which remained unanswered. Staff was courteous though but were not very much helpful.There was no provision of replenishing potable water nearby the rooms.There were limited options of buffet breakfast.Given the price the hotel is charging, it was not at all value for money.

+: Un hôtel au milieu des rizieres en plein milieu de la ville. Les chambres sont très confortables, surtout les 2 villas pres de la grande piscine. 2 piscines très agréables.

-: Les premiers jours chambre pres de la petite piscine, la porte avait du jour, et les moustiques se sont régalés. Changement de chambre "super"

+: La piscine mais c’est tout.

-: L’établissement est beau mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement car très vieillissant.L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaleureux, le réceptionniste est hautain et impoli, affalé sur le comptoir avec ses AirPods dans les oreilles donnant l’impression qu’on le dérange. La chambre n’est pas du tout propre, j’ai eu des boutons sur le corps après avoir dormi ici.La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas car une clé était coincé à l’intérieur mais cela ne semblait pas les déranger même avoir indiqué à la réception.La wifi est inexistante.

-: L’accueil est le plus décevant, à peine arrivé le réceptionniste est affalé sur le comptoir les AirPods dans les oreilles.La chambre deluxe était mal nettoyée, j’ai eu des petits boutons sur le corps après avoir dormi ici…première fois que cela m’arrive à Bali.L’emplacement est certes bien situé mais c’est toutl’établissement mériterait un BON rafraîchissement.Impossible de fermer la porte de la terrasse car une clé était cassé à l’intérieur, les lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, la wifi est INEXISTANTE.Quand je l’ai signalé à la réception, le réceptionniste a rigolé et m’a dit que cela sera réparé le lendemain (cela n’a jamais été le cas).
