+: Breakfast was exceptional - huge selection together with a la carte options. Friendliness of staff and in particular remembering our names on arrival at breakfast - no mean feat with so many guests! Room was always beautifully made up every day and then turned over every evening

-: Rooms were a little tired and in need of a refresh but otherwise everything was fine

+: The first thing I wasn’t to say is that the service at The St. Regis Bali is spectacular. I felt that I am home away from home. Everyone at the property knew my name. The breakfast selection is great. If you are ever there you should treat yourself with a massage. The therapist there is really professional and it is not only relaxing but it is a whole experience.

+: What a fantastic resort this is. If there was a way to rate the staff above 10 i would do that. Exceptionally - friendly and always smiling and on top of that they remembered our names. We celebrated my wife's birthday, and they made it so special for her. We have stayed at other St Regis hotels and other top - brands of similar status across the world, but i think this is the best St Regis we have ever stayed at. The hotel facilities are great from the pool to the beach areas and bars. Nothing was too much effort for the staff - if you want a top - class service standard with great facilities this is the place in Nusa Dua and a nice walk down to the Bali Collection shopping area (about 20 - 25 minutes' walk) ...stop for a beer and a foot massage on the way back!

-: We mostly ate at the Boneka restaurant, and the food was fair but not great. The one downside i would have like better info on was the advice to the golf club (Bali National)...its a 10-minute walk door to door from the hotel but i was not told that and a taxi was suggested which was totally unnecessary.

+: ALLES!! Der Service war super, das ganze Personal sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr gross und schön eingerichtet, das Bad war super mit einer grossen Badewanne für romantische Abende und einer sehr modernen Dusche. Die Restaurants waren alle super, das Frühstück bot eine grosse Variation an und der Strand war sehr schön sauber und ruhig.
