+: Staff are hospitable, very helpful.

-: The rooms are not clean, bathrooms are stained and smelled. The towels are very old and have changed colour white to brown. When booking it stated that the booking included free breakfast, to our surprise we had to pay separately but also didn’t have much left, just rice and coffee. The pool is so dirty, not clear. Cups in the room are so stained!

+: The location is great, right in front of the hotel there’s is a bike rental place which was so convenient! The hotel is close to Bali Galeri Mal and Cinema.

-: The bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress is probably 1000 years old…
