+: It was my boyfriends birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make his day incredible. I organised for the bed decoration and a cake to be delivered to room as a surprise and the staff did not disappoint! They were incredible! I would like to give a special mention to Maya, she was the lovely lady who helped organise it all :) We stayed in the varda pool suite and it was spectacular. It was such a beautiful room, we were blown away! 😅 The views are beautiful and the pool is very private. Such an incredible room.

+: The resort was amazing! Staff, rooms, food and amenities were spectacular. The manager Zul was extremely attentive and constantly checking to make sure guests were satisfied. I generally don't visit the same premises twice but we will certainly be back! Thank you all for a tremendous experience. Peace.

+: Svarga is as beautiful (if not more beautiful) in person than it is in pictures. I got the Mountain View room and managed to catch glimpses of the sunset over Mount Agung a few nights. Incredible views and service all around. The room was very comfy and cozy and I slept really well throughout my 4D3N stay. The staff at Svarga were incredibly attentive and hospitable and attended to all of my asks and queries - they also helped arrange a motorbike booking for me upon request. Breakfast at their in-house restaurant was really good too. I see alot of negative reviews about the water pressuretemperature or bugs being in the facilities but I didn't have that experience. There was a few bugs small lizards here and there esp in the bathroom but I think that's normal considering that the shower is in open air and below trees, as the resort is located right in the middle of palm trees and forestry. I really appreciate the maintenance of the resort, considering that it's 10 years old. It looks clean, bright and well taken care of and I would definitely come back to stay at Svarga if I come to Lombok again.

+: Das Personal war super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage war gut, etwas oberhalb von der Hauptstraße von Sengiggi. Daher sehr ruhig.

-: Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und wirken daher etwas dreckig.

-: Zimmer stinkt nach Schimmel! Unterkunft nicht gepflegt. Betten super hart als wäre keine Matratze drauf. Im Restaurant super viele Ameisen auf den Sitzkissen.
