+: Good location on a road with no traffic and easy access to a couple of beaches.

-: Breakfast was not really good but ok. If you order you could get some ok-eish eggs but overall it was not amazing.

+: L’établissement est très propre, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la piscine est très belle, on se sent très bien dans cet hôtel, c’est sécurisé et il est très bien placé, pas trop loin de la plage. Séjour Magnifique!

+: Price was reasonable for a 4 star hotel in Uluwatu. Staff were pleasant, helpful and well presented. Hotel grounds were pleasantly landscaped and maintained. Location is convenient relative to the airport, restaurants and local tourist sites. Bar was good and reasonably priced. Architecture and hotel layout was easy to navigate. WiFi worked well, without issue. Large range of TV channels in multiple languages. Pool table and table tennis table were pleasant additional amenities. The massage was pleasant and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and professional.

-: The bed had a significant bed bug infestation. The sheets were unclean and had multiple stains, both upon arrival, and following a request for new bed linen from housekeeping. I was unable to sleep properly for the 3 nights of my stay because I was so uncomfortable from skin irritation. I contacted the hotel via the Booking.com app and sought permission to stay beyond the regular check out time on the final day of my stay. In the Booking.com conversation I was given the impression that I could stay for free until 6pm, otherwise if I stayed beyond 6pm I would be required to pay for any additional night's stay. When I went to the counter to check out at 5pm I was advised I would have to pay half a day's charges. I made the payment grudgingly, but I feel disappointed from this experience. The pools are in a poor state of maintenance. Interior tiles are missing or broken, grouting is missing, there are leaks from the side of the pool that coincide with the water features. The exterior of the main building is showing significant damage from weathering, and cracking which may be indicative of potential structural concerns. Water damage on the soffit of the northern wing under the restaurant balcony near the pools is concerning. The shower and bathroom had not been cleaned properly for months. Significant mould build up (yellow and black) is clearly observable at base of the wall and the floor of the shower. This is a health risk. Whilst I understand the religiouscultural preferences of Indonesian culture, the absence of bacon and pork products limits the breakfast menu. The breakfast range of Western dishes was limited, although the Indonesian and general Asian choices were pleasant.

+: Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Pool war sauber, das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Betten gemütlich. Man hat täglich frisches Wasser bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder!
