+: Lovely quiet location even though it was near busy Sanur street. Everything I was looking for was handy to this location.Only one block from beach, massage parlours, transport hire and food outlets as well as a good quality supermarket.

-: My room didn’t have a balcony but then I didn’t go to Bali to spend large amounts of time hanging out in my room.

+: Property was stunning. Clean, spacious. Pool and grounds were gorgeous. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with nice firm mattress. Breakfast was always very well stocked with a huge variety of options to choose from across Indonesian to Continental foods. The in hotel spa is the best value for money I've ever spent for self care. A 90 minute Bali massage fixed my post flight neck back ache.

-: The only slight negative is the bathroom only has a rainfall shower and not a smaller one to avoid getting wet hair every time. The hotel really is a perfect slice of heaven.
