+: Check in at 9pm however none of their room are ready, I have to wait, when entering the room no water no amenities, towel provided are not qualified for Oyo brand, found hair on the bed (not normal hair, that's disaster) totally not qualified. The worse thing when I ask the staff can you sterilize the room, spray with disinfectant the answer was, sorry we don't have it. Anyhow don't wanna talk much about it that's the worse things ever
