+: From the beginning to the end of my stay , all staff members were just wonderful. Fantastic caring receptionists , restaurants staff, Clark, cleaners gardeners. Everyone else was very lovely and welcoming. Everyone trying their best to provide best service with pride and I would say , it was most pleasant stay during my 19 days trip in Bali with the service. I would definitely love to come back with my family. Variety of choice for the breakfast. Especially I had tammy upset it was so nice to be able to choose and very reasonable amount of choice they create. I also had a nice dinner (and yummy custard pudding)Two pools were great size and nice atmosphere. so comfortable to lying around there. There are many shops with walking distance .Across the road is convenient store.There are some kids during my stay and they were having a such great time and so lovely to see the kids enjoying the holiday .(There have kids club too ) They have a nice beach club but I think next time I would avoid low tide. Also I would bring some cash to beach club next time as there are old school balinese ladies does beach massage and little local shops around.(Nice mixture with old balinese beach experience. )
-: Nothing I personally love Balinese old style coffee and didnt have any problem for me but some people would prefer espresso these days? I didn't like to leave!

+: Amazing hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Shuttle bus to and from private beach club every two hours was lovely. Air con was great. Very spacious, large bathroom and bed.
