One of our best sellers in Seminyak! The Khayangan Dreams Villa is a 5-minute drive from Petitenget Beach and the Seminyak Beach. The luxurious villas come with a private pool, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour butler service.
Tastefully decorated, the air-conditioned villas feature a living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and home entertainment system. It also has a kitchen and a pavilion. The spacious bathroom offers an outdoor rain shower and large bathtub.
The Khayangan Dreams Villa, Seminyak is surrounded by local restaurants and shops. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Potato Head, Ku De Ta and Seminyak Square from the property.
Guest services include daily in-villa breakfast and room service. A tour desk and massage services are also available.

+: Super great location! Clean and great for a couple! People left reviews about the property aging. I thought it was fine, apart from some of the wood being loose but honestly such a great villa for a couple. Wouldn’t recommend having children there under 5 with the fish ponds and pool having no fence. Loved our stay!!

+: The design and concept of the villa are beautiful, as well as the pool with a total of 200m2. However, that is the only good part about this villa.
-: Ants are everywhere, in the bed, in the kitchen, in the coasters for plates, on the floor, and in our luggage. The furniture is very old and they do nothing about that, which is the case with the most of villas in Bali. One of the showers was broken, and the other shower was fully covered with limescale. MoldMildew are present in the wall corners. Dirty towels which supposed to be new and clean. Somehow we managed to stay 4 nights, but was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Really dirty place with risky hygiene. Three types of food for breakfast: fried rice, fried noodles, and American breakfast. 120 euros is too much for that kind of offer. Do not judge staff and locals, the problem is with the owner and the people responsible for the villa. The place is not even close to what it looks like in the pictures. Very disappointed.

+: 1010 would recommend to any solocouple wanting to stay in Seminyak. Very clean, relaxing and quite. I have made friends with Ari who is just one of the many friendly and helpful staff at the Villa. I make an effort to stay at least once whenever I visit Bali.

+: The amenities in the villa are quite good.
-: They refused to refund my 1 day accommodation even though I let the Manager know in advance that I would check out a day in advance. At least half the daily amount should have been refunded but they were adamant that booking.com does not refund.it sucked!
