-: O Hotel não oferecer o serviço nem as condições de um Hotel de 5 estrelas. O ar condicionado funcionava mal e existe um espaço entre a janela e a calha, o que faz com que entre ar quente (e insectos) dentro do quarto. Fizemos queixa todos os dias da nossa estadia (3 noites) e o problema não foi resolvido (podiam ter oferecido um quarto diferente, já que não conseguiram resolver o problema). A base do chuveiro está partida. A casa de banho cheira mal, a esgoto. A água do chuveiro tem pouca pressão. A porta do quarto é muito pesada, faz muito barulho a fechar, incomodamos os vizinhos e os vizinhos incomodam-nos a nós. No nosso quarto, no 3o andar, ouvia-se o barulho do restaurante do restaurante no 4o andar.O pequeno almoço é pouco variado e de fraca qualidade.Na piscina, das 2 vezes em que fomos, não havia toalhas disponíveis. Tivemos de esperar mais de meia hora para nos disponibilizarem 2 toalhas.No check out (de madrugada) o staff estava a dormir na receção, não se levantaram quando nos viram nem ajudaram com as malas.Adicionalmente, a comunicação por booking ou whatsapp é ineficiente, não respondem às mensagens.

+: Calming and luxury greenery resort. comfortable bed, private pool, delicious foods at their Sattvic and Cilantro Restaurant. Free shuttle to the beach, hotel laundry & mini market next door, all makes our stay convenient

+: Everything is so good about this place.. definitely coming back again..Amazing hospitality,food and rooms..Top notch luxurious villas.Loved everything about this place.One of the best I’ve stayed till date.Don’t think twice just book this property and you will have the amazing time of your life.

+: We stay at their honeymoon villa, and it was absolutely perfect. Comfortable bed, calm and quiet room. Our stay also includes complimentary dinner and spa. Room was beautifully decorated upon our arrival. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious food, free guest activities, and free shuttle to the beach. We love our stay here and decided to extend with them.

+: When problems arose the staff were quick to remedy them. This is a very good point.We paid for what we got. Most staff were very hospitable, friendly and kind. A call out to our lovely Nurgrahh and Isma and the breakfast crew and grounds peoples and pretty much most staff. Very caring and lovely. The gardens were lovely too.

-: The property is aging and there needs to be an injection of care that hasn’t been given in a long while. I suspect this from the top and where money is decided on how it’s allocated. The building is in many parts needing care. The spa service was also not great for 5 star services. We didn’t have breakfast on the last day (which is included ) and asked for 2 coffees and were charged over $10.50 for them on departure. This I thought was disappointing.

+: I love everything in this resort, cozy bedroom, large pool, delicious breakfast with egg and pancakewaffle live cooking stations. Warm hospitality, shout out to their friendly staff!

+: we stayed in One Bedroom Villa for 3 nights which was amazing! we booked one with benefits, i thought it was only for 10% mentioned on booking.com, turns out we get another free afternoon tea & floating breakfast! Super comfy bed, delicious breakfast, overall great hospitality. My holiday never been this great!
