+: The hotel was beautiful, clean, very central to everything. The rooms were very large, we had to book 3 rooms and unfortunately they don't have interconnecting which is the only thing at the hotel that needed improvement. The afternoon tea every afternoon on the roof top was a fantastic bonus and so delicious! Breakfast was great with selections from a daily menu and changes as per request not a problem, as well as included specialty coffees included with the breakfast at no additional charge. Pool was lovely and warm with good amount of both sun and shade. All around great place to stay and I would stay there again!
-: unfortunately there were some people there that thought they could save themselves poolside deck chairs when they were gone for hours. It would be good if the pool attendants were more assertive and removed the towels when the people had been gone for more than 30mins because several people came to the pool and saw there were no chairs and left again which was a shame. No interconnecting rooms.

+: You can't beat the location in the center of Ubud. Close to pretty much everything. Overall this hotel is quite decent and used a lot by travel agencies. Close to many restaurants and shops. We booked a Junior Suite which was just ok. I did not see what we were paying extra for as this hotel is not cheap. I would book a normal room next time. Breakfast is small, you can order from a la carte few courses that are nothing special. As we stayed for 3 nights we could try 6 different ones. Overall here is where they can improve. No gluten free options even though I asked multiple times. Would I stay here again, yes I would!
-: Too many broken things in the Junior Suite, we asked to fix them but no one came. Leaking from the toilet, AC and I could go on and on. The Internet signal was 0 in our room. You can not sell a Junior suite without any internet. The extremely pushy receptionist almost forced me to write a review during checkout. No one appreciates this. Review should always be written on the guest's terms, not the staff's. HUGE minus for this. Unprofessional restaurant staff. We ate here at least 3 times. Slow and poor service even though only 2 tables were on site but 8 employees talking with each other in the bar area. No value for money here at least if you are booking Junior Suite.

+: The hotel is in the very center of the town, great for exploring Ubud itself, though the traffic jam is always an issue for going out or into the town. The room is very spacious with a well-furnished balcony. We use it as a living room. The kitchen of the hotel are very good compared to the other places we ate in Ubud. The evening dinner with musicians playing on the spot has a very nice atmosphere. The staff members in the hotel are all friendly and service-oriented. Artajaya is a very attentive young staff member. He tried his best to help us when we were in a hurry to go for an excursion.
-: Towels, sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are too old.
