Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel The Yubi Boutique Villas Seminyak 4* 2026-2027 Indonesia, Seminyak

+: The personnel was very friendly. They were really kind and make us feel safe. We felt like at home.The villa was very big. Facilities were also good.

+: The bed rooms were nice, comfortable beds nice private pool and court yard.Staff were lovely. Air port transport was convenient.

-: The shower head in the master bedroom needs replacing. Breakfast wasn't hot, almost cold every day and not very nice.. All 3 bedrooms had a TV but the outside lounge should have had the TV so you can watch together and when you are swimming. There was alot of renovating happening to the front of the complex that we were not told about until we arrived and we were stepping over workers, and power chords and cement every time we came and went. People sanding ceilings and sitting in the walkway smoking. We left 6 bintangs and 4 vodka premixes ( same brand as the mini bar drinks) but were still charged for the few we drank on the first night.

+: I have got to say that the staff were my favourite thing and the pool. Nothing was too much trouble they were fun and friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. The pool was clean and had perfect sun all day. The position was great, with a mini mart, shopping, restaurant, money changer all within a minutes stroll and beach not too far away. First time in Seminyak, and the best was being able to walk along the roads and beach with out being hounded to buy. Breakfast was nice, bed comfortable, private, quiet, just like photo's. I would stay here again.

+: Had a awesome 3rd stay at Yubi, its my go to accommodation in Seminyak. Yuda and his team are amazing, location is fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Thank you :)

+: Staff were lovely. Good location, near Potato Head. Renovating reception which we didn't realise until we got there but didn't hear any noise etc. Good price.

+: Der Bungalow war super und das Personal ist mega zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal versucht wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

-: Leider bauen sie vorn am Hotel und man findet den Eingang kaum von allein.

+: The rooms both bedroom, bathroom and living areas were huge and as the pictures show. The kitchen requires a bit of work due to cupboards swelling however we did not use the kitchen other than to wash a couple of glasses, so this did not affect us. We did take a dishcloth, soap and tea towel as none were provided. The air con in the bedroom was great and quiet and the bed comfortable. The pool was well maintained. As shown in the pictures there are no steps or ladders into the pool only the seating area to step onto. This is a large step and being older and with knee issues was a bit difficult to navigate my way in and out but it did not stop me using the pool 3 - 5 times daily! Breakfast was good - not overly hot but still warm as they get breakfast from elsewhere. The food was good especially the Indonesian breakfast. Happy with every breakfast we had and we tried a few. The staff were very helpful and cheerful and could not do enough for you. Work is still happening at the front of the site with reception and restaurant being build which was halted when covid hit. Although this is a work site it did not impact on us in anyway - no noise or disruption to access to the villas. We could hear noise (bass) from the local night club - Potato Head which went until 6am however it was not enough to disturb our sleep. The Villas are close to the beach about 10 - 15 min walk to access as we had to cut through Potato Head or walk further to the main beach car parking area. There were a few restaurants on the beach which were good and about a 10 minute walk there is a great restaurant - Biku- always busy and best to book.

-: There was nothing about the Villas we did not like. Having stayed in Bali many times before and in many locations we thought we would give Seminyak a try as we had not stayed there before and we knew it would be busy. As our past two visits were remote locations we have confirmed we would rather be remote rather than the busy city life. This is just our personal preference.

+: Breakfast were amazing. Big portion. And i love that we could choose what kind breakfast we would like to have every single morning.

-: The bathroom need little touch and fix.
