+: I enjoyed the location, the beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel is close to the centre of Ubud but not too close, you can find some peace at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and all the staff are lovely.
-: The bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. There are a lot of stairs at the property that people should be aware of.

+: The hotel style is stunning, Balinese architecture and the location overlooking the jungle is amazing. Going to sleep listening to the birdsong and running river is a dream. But what makes the hotel outstanding is the staff. Being greeted everywhere in the hotel with a genuine smile is a joy and the care and attention given to guests when starting their day with the delicious breakfast buffet is a delight. Thank you.

+: Amazing environment, luxury amongst the trees and river. Enjoyed relaxing by both the pools and our time in the spa. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything we requested, my partner was injured during the trip and they helped us with some first aid and followed up asking us how he was the next morning. Room service, restaurant and bar services were fast. There's a minimart across the road for anything else you may need on your tripAgain can't stress how beautiful the place is, wish we didn't have to leave.
-: The room had a bit of a drain smell to it at times from the bathroom, this was combated by running the vents and AC.
