-: Air-con wasn't working for the first night, but managed to be repaired by second night.

+: 1. Room: The family room is big, it has 2 single beds and a sofa and it fits 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). We can see Monas from our window. Wifi, aircond, hot water and tv are all working. 2. Location: The location is not near the main road but a neighbourhood alley with lots of cheap delicious Indo street food around, day and night. There are also laundry nearby where you can get express cleaning for 30k rupiah. Indomaret, Alfamaret, Plaza Gajah Mada are very near. There is a night market on Sunday down the street. Parking area is spacious.3. The staff are friendly and helpful. As we arrived early before check-in, our luggage were taken care of while we went out to town.4. Breakfast is simple but fine.5. Room is cleaned daily.6. The price is worth it.

-: 1. It is quite difficult to travel by public transport. The nearest bus stop is Sawah Besar, which is about 1km walk (must walk along the main road and construction area) from the hotel. One needs to call for e-hailing or taxi sevice to pick up at the hotel or walk to the nearby Plaza Gajah Mada and take taxi from there. There is MRT project going on in front of Plaza Gajah Mada so i would think when the MRT is in service it will be very convenient to travel around town from this hotel. 2. Bath tub is broken and there are rusts. Please change it for safety and comfort of the guests.3. One of our light was not working (sofasitting area).4. Corridor area looks a bit old and can look better if upgraded.

+: Saya suka lokasinya karna dekat dengan tujuan saya

-: Saya kurang suka dengan kamarnya karna kurang kebersihan terutama bagian tirainya sepertinya sudah lama tidak di bersihkan dan tirainya juga perlu di ganti krna saya liat udah rusak. Bagian lantai samping tempat tidur juga banyak rambut dan abu nya
