-: The aircon sounds is strong and we couldn’t sleep well. Assigned at second floor room and the showering water was too small. Hair dryers power is small too but expected the value of pay.

+: Ideal location halfway between the town centre and the Monkey Park. If you're lucky, you may see the odd monkey outside your room. The staff are very helpful. There is daily housekeeping. It has a modest size pool in a quiet and tranquil setting, and pool towels are provided too.
-: It is a really lovely hotel, and it would have gotten 1010 but there was one drawback, the WiFi was awful. It would constantly disconnect, and when it did eventually manage to connect, it was unbelievably slow. Just reading the news headlines was painful. It was pretty much unusable for most of the stay.

+: Prachtige locatie in de buurt van het apenbos waar deze al voor het hotel op straat liepen. Mooie locatie en omgeving van het hotel en goede kamer.

+: Gute Lage. Shops, Restaurants etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Monkey forest direkt um die Ecke. Die Anlage ist eine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt.
-: Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und die Einrichtung sowie das Badezimmer haben aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit schon sehr gelitten. Dadurch wirkte alles nicht besonders sauber. Vor allem im Badezimmer haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Es gab sehr viele Mücken aufgrund der tropischen Anlage.
