-: Cleaning should be better. In the fine dining, we saw ants in the plate and knifes. Also, in the spa the bed sheet wasn’t that clean! The pillows in the villas were uncomfortable.

-: Don’t like the outdoor bathroom. No one wants to have to turn on lights, and walk outside at night, being attacked by mosquitoes, just to use the toilet. Also, the floors in the room are terrifyingly slippery if your feet are even slightly wet, which is frequent. Rooms are comfortable, but drab, and could use a rug and more contemporary furnishings.

+: Le cadre, la disposition des logements. Les chambres avec piscine. La gentillesse et le côté prévenant des personnels qui sont très réactifs et s’attachent à rendre le séjour très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. Des installations sportives récentes et un court de squash sont également disponibles. Tout est vraiment parfait et tout le personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Un très bel établissement pour séjourner à Ubud.
