+: Great location, staff is very helpful, confortable bed and good shower. Authentic interior and exterior. There comes a burning smell from time to time, might be from burning the crops nearby...overall great stay!

-: Major building work was underway at the entrance which made the hotel difficult to access. And quite dirty to get to the hotel entrance.The room was a bit “tired” and in need of redecoration. The air conditioning unit leaked water when in use.The pool area was small and didn’t get much sunshine.

+: The location is perfect to explore a Ubud.Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants. You can also walk to the art market and the monkey Forrest.The staff has been amazing and very helpful. Always very communicative and friendly even when I had a problem at midnight.
-: It was a bit noisy because of the location, but I already knew that so I brought earplugs and slept through the night :D

+: I did not book a quiet room and yes it was quiet but so far away from people that there was no one happening along and too quiet. I went over the road and booked breakfasts in each day of my stay and had to pay for them on top on my already paid breakfast at the hotel.
-: The breakfast did not cater for me. The staff worried me about breakfast every time i went in to out trying to help. The shower glass was not clean. The spraying of the mosquitoes time was when i was walking through the grounds and i breathed in the spray. This should have been done in a time when visitors were out. The front of the building was a HUGE mess and i had to walk through mud at times, workman sanding and a hazard environment which was dark at night as well most unsatisfactory.

+: We were greeted with a fresh juice on arrival. I had asked for a ground floor room with two single beds and they were able to accommodate this request, which I really appreciated. All the staff members were really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and had all the needed amenities.
-: Sometimes, my wifi connection was a bit slow when making whatsapp calls, but this did not affect my overall stay.
